How to overcome fears and anxiety during pregnancy

Having a baby is a beautiful thing but for some women the whole experience doesn't come out as expected, especially I always thought that pregnancy will be an easy experience until now  I have begin to understand what my mother went through while having me, in fact there are so much things involved. Most times I feel like crying, another minute it makes laugh, sometimes it makes me want to hit the person next to me. I have realized that I don't even have control over my own emotions, This is really complicated!.
I see pictures of some pregnant women on the front page of the magazines and i always admire their pregnancy glow bellies even on social media, and here I am alone, feeling so concern and horrible about my baby bumps, but the magazines don't really tell us what happens behind the scene. The awful stress marks, the uncontrollable huge food appetite resulting to weight gain, the fear of miscarriage, frequent energy loss.

HEALTHY TIPS:
If you are an expecting mom like me, keeping your fears and feelings bottled up inside you is literally the last thing that you should do during pregnancy. Instead, it is highly recommended for you to be open with your partner, a trusted friend, a close family member or even your obstetrician. If you find it hard to talk to all these people, then it is best for you to join support groups on the Internet.

Don't stress yourself up a lot on things that doesn't matter because you need to be saving your energy for the baby ahead.

Make sure you eat healthy diets that include varieties of food, limit fat especially saturated fat and cholesterol. Reduce salt intake too.

Explore and read more about pregnancy and child birth and always ask your doctor about your concerns and how you feel each time you visits the clinic so that you will fully understand each stages of your pregnancy journey and what is going on in your body.
Always put yourself in prayers anytime you pray.
Some danger signs that indicates the need for you to go to the hospital
1.      When you notice heavy begins bleeding that looks like a period.
2.      Fever at 101 or above.

When your baby is not moving as much as usual.

Going to prenatal classes is also a great idea, during that it will be extremely easy for you to bond with other women who are going through the same feelings – and they will help you learn how to deal with them too.

Remember attending prenatal classes is a good chance for you to understand what to expect during your Pregnancy and it also prepares on how to manage your upcoming labor and delivery.

But now i have come to realize that being a woman is truly magical. Imagine all this experience is totally amazing and trust me you will definitely forget all the bad sides of pregnancy once the baby is born.
